This place is clean, with friendly and courteous staff in a great location close to a museum and gallery, as well as many eateries and restaurants nearby.

elegant atmosphere, the staff was nice, we had a fast check-in. the elegant apartment was elegant, it included a lounge and an air conditioner. the service was excellent, that made the hotel great place.

I recently stayed in a luxurious 4-star hotel in a central location. This place is situated in a small alley in a real Chinese area, giving it an authentic and unique feel. The hotel is conveniently located in the central area, making it easy to explore popular attractions such as the museums and Nanjing Street, which are within walking distance. The hotel is also close to the Dashijie Metro Station, making it convenient for transportation.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, luxury, and service.

The room is good sized and essentials you need, including a safe box, a lounge, and Wi-Fi, is right there.

The hotel is centrally located at Shanghai that it is very convenient to go to any part of the Shanghai city using taxi, MRT and even within walking distance to some major roads. The hotel is new and clean. The service by the hotel maintenance crew was fast and efficient. More importantly the cost to stay in the hotel is very competitive.

Most of the time the hotel staff are very busy that it was hard to make any inquiry on travel or related topics. Would suggest the hotel to engage more employees at the front desk. Another is the cost of paying breakfast at the hotel is rather expansive.

Central location, convenient for transportation, close to famous eateries, clean and comfortable hotel, good facilities, well-equipped kitchen.

Good value for money especially for families the 2 bedroom apartment is great. Location is excellent, some people might be put off by the surrounding old neighbourhoods but we like this is it's more authentic Shanghai. Also easy to walk to The Bund (East), Yu Garden (South), HuaHai Lu down to the French Concession (West) , People's Park and nanjing Lu (North) Stayed twice now and would not hesitate to stay again so long as prices remain stable.

The rooms were impressively large and had a wonderful view of the skyscrapers in Pudong, offering convenient amenities like a microwave, fridges, and kitchenware.

Location, location, location

The Breakfast was Bert expensive. It was 68 rmb/person (10 usd). And for us à family of 6 we just had Breakfast at the hotel 1 day. So we ended up buying bread at The Local bakery just 1 minute away. the restaurant Guy was very "rude"

I taught 2 bed apartment was good value, Breakfast was good for Westerners and located ideally for shopping and tourists spots of Shanghai.

We stayed at New Harbour Service Apartments for a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early after a long flight. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, and its proximity to the subway made it easy to explore the city. We especially loved the great views of the Bund from our 17th-floor apartment. The location was quiet yet convenient, and the gym and swimming pool were great amenities. We highly recommend this hotel. 100% recommend this hotel.

The appartments are very complete and include a PC with free access to the internet. A problem with the bath was well taken care off.

The service at the front desk is not so good. The staff is too busy with answering phonecalls and let the people wait who want to get to their room. Why is phone more important than a customer which is standing in front of you?
